SBSAnimoji
iPhone X and iOS 11 introduced Animojis, short 10 seconds recordings of facial gestures transposed onto an emoji. As of writing this the feature is restricted to Apples Messages app.
Using private API I built and open sourced a standalone Animoji app that increases the length of the recordings and enables users to share the videos on social medias and save them to the photo library.
Multiple news sites wrote about the project including 9to5mac, The Verge, Cult of Mac, Lifehacker, MacStories and PhoneArena.
The project is available on GitHub.
